6. Quotation, Working & Payment Terms

Service Agreement

A Service Agreement along with Annexures will be signed by all parties involved in the project.

An advance payment will be required as agreed upon before the project commences.

Project Timeline and Client Approvals

Timelines, especially for designs, are influenced by client approvals.

After the first iteration of UI/UX and any other designs, animations, prototypes etc Art work; limited round of changes are allowed without additional costs as per service agreement; further changes will incur extra charges.

The project duration will be specified in the agreement, with possible extensions due to third-party service availability and other factors.

Payment Terms

Payments are structured according to the project's phases.

Any delay in payments beyond the agreed timeframe will halt the work, and these halted days will not be counted towards the timeline.

Payments must be made promptly as per the payment structure, even if phases are completed ahead of schedule.

For feedback changes extending the development time of a phase, a portion of the remaining payment will be due immediately, with the final portion due after changes are completed.

Feedback and Additional Features

Limited feedback change per phase is allowed, provided it is given within the agreed timeframe after phase work delivery.

No additional features can be added after the work starts unless agreed upon separately, leading to time extensions and additional costs.

Feedback should be based on the agreed-upon phase work; new feature requests will be considered additional and charged accordingly.

For application development if any additional custom graphics, icons, or animations will be charged separately.

Third-Party Services and Additional Costs

The quotation excludes charges for third-party services such as SaaS, servers, and platform services (e.g., Play Store).

The client is responsible for the verification, agreements, approvals, and document submissions required for third parties (e.g., payment gateways, App/Play Store).

All payments for third-party services (e.g., Servers, Mail providers, domain accounts) are the client's responsibility. Guidance will be provided but we do not handle these payments.

Project Testing and Deliverables

All work done within a specified weekly window will be presented to the client for testing or use.

Domain connections, Play Store upload verification, and similar processes are outside our control and are not considered in the project deadline.

Design Complexity and Cost Adjustments

For App Design charges are based on designs presented during the UI/UX design phase; if the design complexity increases, the timeline and cost will also increase.

Essential app features should be prioritized to adhere to the timeline.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation of the project by either party is subject to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement signed before the project commences.

If the client invokes the agreement without proper reason or notice, no refund will be provided.

If the project is halted because the client is unable to continue due to budget constraints, no refund will be provided for the payment of work already completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms in the Service Agreement.

In cases where refunds are deemed appropriate, the processing time for refunds may take between 7 to 20 days, depending on the circumstances.

All requests will be reviewed in accordance with the Service Agreement and a response will be provided as soon as possible.

8. Changes to the Terms

I may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on my website. By continuing to access or use the website after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
